The practice of the profession is governed by Law No. 77-2 of 3 January 1977 on architecture and its implementing decrees, as well as by Articles L. 227-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code.
As an architect, Guillaume Ciletti holds the licence to practise architecture in his own name (HMONP) and is bound by the Code of Professional Conduct for Architects (Decree No. 80-217 of 20 March 1980).
