Our approach
Before drawing, we look: the path of the sun, the slope, the hedge that has bordered the plot for thirty years. The living world enters the project right there, as a design input on a par with light or structure. Our method starts from the soil and what’s already there, then lets the architecture converse with what it hosts.
Young, the practice makes up for it with tooling and rigour: ecological reading of the site, drone field survey, assisted production to iterate fast and show true. Competence is proven by method, not by seniority.
Three pillars
Why the living world is at the heart of the project: the foundation behind every design decision.
Read the manifesto→02Ecological survey of soil, fauna and flora from the first sketch. Continuities and micro-habitats built into the project, not added afterward.
The biodiversity survey→03Drone survey of the site: a precise, exhaustive terrain model, the foundation of architecture rooted in its place.
The drone survey→« You only design well what you have first understood: the soil, the climate, the living world already in place. »
House, extension, renovation, or competition: let’s talk about your site, and what’s already growing there.
